SERVICES

STAT/Dedicated Direct
Our closest driver will be immediately dispatched to your pick up point and arrive within 15-30 minutes. Delivery will be completed in 2 hours or less, subject to geographic limitations.

Routine Scheduled and Routed
A driver dedicated to your routine and scheduled sample route will make all stops and deliver your samples to the lab or location that you specify.

MEDICAL DRIVERS

• At least 5 years of experience handling medical samples.
• Must pass detailed background and criminal check, and are trained in customer protocols.
• Annual training and certification in the handling and transportation of Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazardous Materials.
• Annual HIPAA Training and Refresh

TECHNOLOGY

GPS TRACKING
Drivers are tracked by GPS, which in combination with real time traffic and mapping applications allows us to follow the progress of your delivery minute by minute and reroute drivers in advance of traffic trouble spots to assure timely deliveries. Click Here to See a GPS Example.

All medical deliveries are monitored by a dedicated medical tracker.

PROOF of DELIVERY
Due to real time tracking, we know the moment that a delivery has been completed. This information is entered by the drivers into their handheld quick connect communications devices and transmitted into our Transportation Management Software System, or TMMS.

The TMMS then generates delivery notifications, which can automatically be sent by email to recipients that you designate when the delivery is ordered. These delivery notifications, or PODs, are generated when the sample is picked up, and again when delivery has been completed.

SAMPLE TRACKING
Samples can be tracked by sample IDs entered into the TMMS upon pick up, or by Bar Code.

REPORTS
A variety of standard and custom reports can be generated from our TMMS. The most common is the Sample On Time Delivery Report, which compares actual PickUp and Delivery Times to those promised, and calculates any deviations.
