• We give you an estimated pickup time when you place your order.
• A tracking call is made when the driver is approximately halfway to the delivery point.
• And a call on delivery to let you know who signed, where they were located, and the exact delivery time.

90 Minute Service

• Delivered within 90 minutes of your call. For delivery distances over 20 miles, add 30 minutes delivery time for each additional 10 miles or fraction thereof.

2.5 Hour Service

• Delivered within two-and-a-half hours of your call. For delivery distances over 20 miles, add 30 minutes delivery time for each additional 10 miles or fraction thereof.

5 Hour Service

• Delivered within five hours of your call for orders placed and ready for pickup prior to 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. For delivery distances over 20 miles, add 30 minutes delivery time for each additional 10 miles or fraction thereof.
